Beijing Kitchen
A unique restaurant featuring specialties from Northern China, including Beijing (Peking) Duck and hand pulled Shanghainese noodles. The atmosphere here is stimulating, with the buzz from its diners and the action from its show kitchen.  Beijing Kitchen offers a new level of entertaining and dining not found elsewhere in Macau.

Mezza9 Macau
A restaurant of sight, sound, smell, taste and touch, embodying nine different sensory experiences indoors or on the outdoor terrace.  Discover the different dining experiences of Macanese; the grill, the wok, the sushi and sashimi bar, the steam basket, the deli, the patisserie, the cellar and bar.
 
Hours: Lunch – 11:30 to 14:30 daily
Dinner – 17:30 to 23:00 daily
Lobby Lounge
Set within the dramatic Grand Hyatt Lobby, this intimate wine and champagne bar is the ideal gathering venue.  Features the Patisserie, a pastry boutique serving all day refreshments, delicious pastries, cakes, home-made chocolates and specialising in authentic “Portuguese egg tarts”.
